Advertiser/Agency FAQ

What type of network is AdMetrics Media?
AdMetrics Media is a performance based, results driven network, which means that we deliver performance metrics to measure the success of your campaign. This can range from Cost per Click (CPC), or Cost per Action (CPA) campaigns.

What does it cost to run a campaign?
There are no up-front fees, or consulting fees with AdMetrics Media. We believe that consulting is a part of the service we offer. We operate a “no performance, no fee policy”, so the only fees that we charge is the commission that we earn from a successful campaign.

How long does it take for a campaign to go live?
It normally takes up to two business days from receipt of the finished creative and a signed Insertion Order for the campaign to go live.

How do you determine where to run a campaign?
We use Comscore industry data to cross reference your campaign objectives with demographic analysis of the Internet. This gives us a precise and measurable assessment of where best to run your campaign.

Can you run a campaign in multiple countries?
Yes. We have the ability to run a campaign locally, internationally, or globally.

How transparent is AdMetrics Media?
We believe that transparency is an important element to our network. We will work with you to indicate which Publishers are the best to use for your campaign.

How can I monitor my campaign?
After you sign-up with a username and password, you will be given your own Graphical User Interface (GUI) into the AdMetrics Media network. This will allow you to have granular reporting in real time on your campaign statistics.

What are the payment terms?
Because AdMetrics Media assumes the risk for each new campaign, invoices are sent every 15 days and payment must be made by return. For regular customers, these terms can be extended.
